In this article you’ll be guided on how to export data of employee logs for reporting purposes. Here in the monitoring module you may generate list of employees :
- With or without [specific Interaction type like Covid-19 Training]
- With or without Communication log
- With or without assigned Supervisor
- With Call Off requests and already have/ still don’t have reliever(s)
Employee With or Without Interaction Log
Assuming you’re already logged in, select MONITORING from the menu,
- By default, the list contains those who had “Covid-19 Training”
- If you want to select a different interaction type or change preference, click the filter button (funnel icon) to open a form.
- From there, select your preferences (with or without, type of interaction, branch)
- Click SET once finished.
- To export the list, just click the download button (down arrow icon). Output will be in a spreadsheet file.
Employee With or Without Communication Log
Assuming you’re already logged in, select MONITORING from the menu,
- On the next table, by default it displays all employees with communication logs.
Same with the process above,
- If you want to change preference, click the filter button (funnel icon) to open a form.
- From there, select your preferences (with or without communication log, branch)
- Click SET once finished.
- To export the list, just click the download button (down arrow icon). Output will be in a spreadsheet file.
Employee With or Without Supervisor
Assuming you’re already logged in, select MONITORING from the menu,
- On the next table, by default it displays all employees with an assigned supervisor.
Same with the process above,
- If you want to change preference, click the filter button (funnel icon) to open a form.
- From there, select your preferences (with or without supervisor, branch)
- Click SET once finished.
- To export the list, just click the download button (down arrow icon). Output will be in a spreadsheet file.
Call Off Request(s) With or Without Reliever
Assuming you’re already logged in, select MONITORING from the menu,
- On the next table, by default it displays all employee call-off requests with and without reliever
- If you want to change preference, click the filter button (funnel icon) to open a form.
- From there, select your preferences. Set the date range of call-off requests you want to see then select a category if with or without reliever(s).
- Click SET once finished.
- To export the list, just click the download button (down arrow icon). Output will be in a spreadsheet file.
