There are two ways to do this:
From the list of inspection, click the (add) button.
Start Inspection
- Choose from the available options above to open the create form.
- Provide the necessary details of inspection by filling out the fields.
- Then click to begin.
Inspection Overview
After filling out the create form and successfully starting an inspection, you’ll be routed to the details screen where you can log the results and observations while doing an inspection.
Note: This section remains modifiable until the inspection gets completed.
A. Inspection Details (Left Header) - Located on the left corner of the header section. Included information are Type and Date of inspection, Project to which the inspection is to be/ was conducted and as well as the Person who is/was in-charge.
- Click this button to modify the date unless the inspection is already completed.
- Click this button to view previous inspections, work orders and other relevant information. (Refer to the illustration on the next page.)
Note: To view the details of any items from the first 3 sections, just click the button aligned with it. Click button at the bottom-right to close this dialog box.
B. Inspection Areas and Items – These are the areas and items included in the template used as a guide of what to be inspected. (Templates are being managed on the administrative end.) Each area has items which status must be updated as per results of inspection.
- Change Status of an Item
- To mark an item as ‘Done’ from NA, click the status button until it cycles to status.
- If there’s anything encountered that needs to be addressed, click until it changes to status. For this, adding a comment is required to issue proper work order(s). (These work orders. can be checked in the Needs Action section in Work Order Query/ Work Order Board)
- Adding Image(s) to Inspection Item (this is optional but recommended)
- To add image relevant to the item/topic, click button to open the photos container.
- Once opened, click button to open your device’s local storage then select the image.
- To remove the image, just click button on the thumbnail.

- View Linked References
This button allows you to view the documents referenced to the inspection area. (These are being managed on the administrative end.)
Finalize Inspection
C. Tenant/Client/Customer Notes – This may include requests, comments, or any specifics. Just type out the notes in the text field (this supports multiple paragraph formatting).
Note: There is a separate field for the final notes which you can access when the inspection is ready to be completed/ closed.
D. Inspection Photos – Adding photos is the easiest and fastest way to document results and observations in an inspection.
- Similar with adding image(s) to area-item(s), click button to open your device’s local storage.
- To remove the image, just click button on the thumbnail.
- Once uploaded, just click the thumbnail to view it on a larger scale.
E. Advanced Options (Right Header) – This section includes the options for submitting changes, completing an inspection and exporting inspection details.
- Submitting Changes. Click button to temporarily save changes if not yet finished with the inspection.
- Completing Inspection. Once finished with the inspection. Click button. After this, the details will be read-only and will no longer be modifiable.
Note: As per previous statements, once the inspection is completed the modification options will be disabled/ hidden and the overall score will be displayed in a banner with corresponding color.
Exporting/Sharing Inspection Results
This can only be performed after the inspection has been completed and closed. Authorized user/s can:
- Print/Download a PDF document of the inspection by clicking or button.
- Relay the inspection result via sending an e-mail. Click button to do this.
- For multiple recipients, just hit ‘Space Key’ after each e-mail address and add the next.
- Once finished with the recipients and message composition, click button to send the email.
