This article is a guide on how an employee/worker will initiate a call-off request to the Servi-Tek line via SMS.
Important Notes:
a. The session is only active within one (1) hour, if left unresponded, the session will automatically expire and the employee needs to repeat the process from the start.
b. Employee’s active mobile number to use should be the registered number in Servi-Trak.
c. Employee’s project assignment details should be updated in the Servi-Trak system.
If in case above details are not updated, contact the immediate supervisor or the admin and request to update before proceeding with the call-off request.
Sending a Call-Off request text to the Servi-Tek SMS line
- Text the code “CO” via SMS to the Servi-Tek SMS line.
Note: If there was a mistake on the code texted, Servi-Tek SMS Line will respond with a clarification message as shown below. Reply with the code “CO” to proceed.
- After texting the code “CO”, Servi-Tek SMS Line will respond for a confirmation message. Reply “YES” to proceed with the process or “0” (zero) to discontinue the call-0ff request,
If replied with “0”, Servi-Tek SMS Line will respond with a cancellation message as illustrated below.
- After replying “YES”, Servi-Tek SMS Line will inquire what type of call-off to file in. Select from the choices by replying the number ONLY as illustrated below.
- After selecting the type, Servi-Tek SMS Line will inquire what shift schedule to file for. Select from the choices by replying the number ONLY as illustrated below.
- After selecting the shift schedule, Servi-Tek SMS Line will inquire the assigned project(s) the employee is under. Select from the choices by replying the number(s) ONLY as illustrated below.
Note: If multiple projects, separate the numbers with comma “ , ” reply “0” if none of the project choices is correct.
- After selecting the project(s), Servi-Tek SMS Line will respond with a confirmation message with the summary of the information supplied.
Reply “YES” to confirm, “CHANGE” to start over or “0” to discontinue the request as illustrated below.
If replied with “CHANGE”, Servi-Tek SMS Line will respond with the first question to repeat the process as illustrated below.
If replied with “0”, Servi-Tek SMS Line will respond with a cancellation message as illustrated below.
- After responding “YES”, Servi-Tek SMS Line will respond with a confirmation message with a reference number as illustrated below.
- The call-off request will then be saved in Servi-Trak for recording and monitoring purposes as shown below.
Note: The immediate supervisor and clients will also receive an e-mail notification regarding the requested call-off.
