Accessing the Work Order Board
-
From the menu, select WORK ORDER BOARD.

The Work Order Board page will be displayed.

The board has five (5) columns that represent and group the Work Orders as to their status. The work orders are displayed as cards with basic details of the work order.

OVERDUE – displays list of on-going work orders that had already reached the due date
-
NEW - displays list of newly created work orders
-
IN REVIEW - displays list of on-going work orders under review
-
COMPLETE - displays list of completed work orders
-
INSPECTION WORK ORDER – displays list work orders created for inspection items that needs action
Creating a Work Order

Click the plus button on the NEW status column,
2. The Work Order create window will be displayed. Fill in all the details of the work order until completion as shown below.

Adding/Uploading Photos and/or Comments
3. The newly created work order will be displayed on the board as illustrated below.
Click
this button on the card to view the uploaded photos. Navigate with the arrow buttons to move through multiple photos as shown below.
Updating Work Order Details

Click the card
button icon on the work order card to update the selected work order.
Then click the
button to enable editing of the details as shown below.
2. Click the
button to save the changes.3. To assign the work order to a worker/cleaner, click the options
button, select the <Assign to> option and choose the appropriate person to assign the work order to as shown below.
The messages
and images icon buttons move up and down when there are updates made. The active user will not be able to see the animation but other users will.
Updating Work Order Status

Work Order status can be updated by dragging the work order cards from one status column to another as shown below.
2. Click on the message icon
to show the change of status that is automatically included in the comment section as illustrated below.
3. Write a comment by typing on the space provided and clicking the button to add and save the comment.
Work Order Printing, Downloading and Sending link via mail

Click on the
button to access the options for downloading, printing, and/or sending links via mail as illustrated below.

Downloading Work Order
Select the <Download> option to download a pdf report of a selected work order as shown below.

Printing Work Order
Select the <Print> option to be able to bring the printing options for a selected work order as shown below.

Sending Work Order link via mail
Select the <Send Link via Email> option to be able to send a link of the work order to an intended recipient.
Note: User needs to Press 'Enter/Return' to add recipient to the list. Users can add multiple recipients as illustrated below.
Write a subject and/or notes after adding recipients then click the
button to send the link as shown below.
