Procedure to Set Up an Inspection

Navigate to Settings:
Go to the Settings section of the system. -
Access Inspection Setup:
Click on Core Setup and select Inspection. -
Configure Inspection Details:
- Categories: Define the type of inspection (e.g., Safety, Quality, Maintenance, etc.).
- Areas: Specify the area(s) where the inspection will take place (e.g., Warehouse, Office, Production Line).
- Items: List the specific items to be checked during the inspection (e.g., Equipment, Fire Extinguishers, Machinery).
- Type: Determine the type of inspection (e.g., Routine, Incident-Based, Checklist-Based).

Save the Configuration:
After entering all required details, always click the “Save” button to finalize the setup.
