How to Add Contacts to a Project for Auto-Population in Work Orders and Inspection Reports
- Open the Project tab on the right panel.
- Select the project.
- On the left panel, click Contacts.
- Click Create New Contact (you can add multiple contacts).
- Enter the required information and click Save.
If the Work Orders and Inspections are not assigned to the correct project, the contact you created will not appear.
Now, when you send a Work Order or Inspection Report for the correct project, the associated email addresses will automatically populate.
