Procedure to Create a Role and Assign Role Access

Go to Settings
Navigate to the settings menu of the system. -
Create a New Role
Click on "Create a New Role." -
Assign Work Order and Needs Action Access
- Specify if the role should have access to "Work Order" and "Needs Action."

Set Access Permissions
- Scroll through the list of areas to assign access permissions for the role.
- For each area, select the desired permission level:
- Can Edit
- View Only
- Can Add/Edit

Assign permissions for the following areas:- Access Level
- Admin
- Calendar
- Clients
- Dashboard
- Employee Faces
- Employee
- Inspection
- Project Locator
- Projects
- Punch Tracker
- Reports
- Resources
- Scheduler
- Supervisor Report
- Timesheet
- Trainings
- Work Order

Save the Role
Once all permissions are set, save the newly created role.
