Creating an Inspection
- Go to the Inspection tab.
- Select all the necessary information required.
- Click on each item and mark it as N/A, Done, or Needs Action.
- Upload photos for each item if needed.
You may add notes in the Tenant/Client/Customer Notes section.
You may also add an Inspection Photo.
Once all items are marked as Done, the inspection will be scored 100% and marked as Completed.
If one or more items are marked as Needs Action, a new Work Order will be generated based on the configured Service Types.
Inspection Statuses
- Completed – All required information has been submitted.
- In Progress – The inspection can still be edited and has not yet been submitted.
- Pending – The inspection is saved on the device and has not yet been submitted to the server.
