Creating an Employee Schedule with Breaks and Rules

Go to Settings
- Under "Admin Setup," select General.

Set Up Employee Shifts
- In the right panel, find Employee Shift.
- Enter shift details and click Save.

Set Up Breaks
- In the right panel, find Breaks.
- Enter break details and click Save.

Create a New Schedule
- In the right panel, find Scheduler.
- Click New Schedule.

Enter Client and Project Info
- Fill in the necessary details and click Next.

Set Shift Times
- Choose the shift type and set the Start and End times.
- Select the days for the shift, then click Next.

Define Shift Rules
- Set the Grace Period and Supervisor Notification rules, then click Next.

Set Break Guidelines
- Choose the break rules, then click Next.

Add Break Times
- Select the shift and enter the Start and End break times.
- Tick the necessary break rules, then click Next.

Assign Shift and Employee
- Choose the shift and employee, then click Create Schedule.
