Procedure to Enter Employee Information

Navigate to Employee Section:
Go to the Employee section in the system. -
Create a New Employee:
Click “New Employee” to enter information for a new hire. -
Enter Employee Information:
Fill in all the necessary fields, including:- Name
- Email Address
- Contact Number
- Primary Role/Crew Type
- Shift Schedule - Branch
- Email address
- Any additional relevant details

Set Access Type:
Under the Access Type field, choose one of the following:- Facial Recognition: Requires the employee to use Face ID to log in to the Ranyan App.
- Access Code: Enter a 6-digit unique code that the employee will use to log in.

Enter Payroll Details:
Navigate to the Payroll Details section and fill in:- Hired date
- Hourly Wage, Wage Adjustments, Last Wage Adjustment Date (If needed)
- Union Card information
- Assign the employee to the designated Project

Save Information:
Once all fields are completed, click the Save button to finalize and store the employee's information.
